Length The ballpoint pen is 4-1/8" long, and the mechanical pencil is 4-1/4" long. Both are fairly stubby.
Filling System The ballpoint takes a D1 ballpoint refill. A knock button at the end of the barrel extends and retracts the tip. The mechanical pencil takes 0.7mm leads, which also extend by clicking the knock. The pencil does not have an eraser, and Kaweco advises only loading 2 leads at a time to prevent clogging.
Color Black is a matte black anodized aluminum. Both pieces have silver colored accomodation clips.
Condition Mint condition, in box. These are compact writing instruments in a classic color. The imprints are clear.
