Filling System Lever filler. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working very well.
Color Black with clear red ends, set off by skinny white bands. (That is, the end pieces used to be red, but much of the color has faded, and they're closer to yellow and orange).
Nib FINE-MEDIUM flexible 14k gold Warranted nib is smooth with good tipping material. It's semi-flexible, and you can get line variation from fine to broad or double broad with light pressure. See our writing sample below.
Condition Excellent condition, with general wear but no cracks, chips, or personalization. The barrel has moderate to heavy scratching. The lever bar has scratching on the face and brassing and plating wear along the sides. The end piece has a lot of scratching and the color has faded to a yellow-orange. The cap also has moderate scratching, and some heavy marks near the top. The top piece is red-orange colored. The ball end of the clip has blotches of brassing and plating wear. The face of the clip has some tiny dings. The imprint is fairly readable. It's fully restored and working well.
