Filling System Button filler. There is a blind cap on the end of the barrel that can be removed to expose the button, which you press in order to fill the pen. (You should not unscrew the barrel from the section to expose the sac, as it is easy to dislodge the pressure bar.) We replaced the sac. It has been checked and it's working well.
Color Shimmery purple with hues from lavendar to deep, dark purple. . It has a sterling clip and cap band. The cap band has a series of stamped circles.
Nib 18k two tone medium nib. Krone nibs are known for being smooth writers. Please see writing sample.
Condition Near mint, in box, with paperwork. No cracks, chips, dings, dents, or scratches on the barrel or cap. The cap ring has some small marks along the edges of some of the stamped circles. The box is missing a bottle of ink. The imprints are clear.
