Filling System Button filler. There is a blind cap on the end of the barrel that can be removed to expose the button, which you press in order to fill the pen. (You should not unscrew the barrel from the section to expose the sac, as it is easy to dislodge the pressure bar.) We did not need to replace the sac, but it has been thoroughly inspected and tested, and the filling system is working very well. We guarantee the filling system for a year from the date of purchase.
Color "Verde" is a shimmery mix of light and medium greens, with black veins. It has a sterling clip and cap band.
Nib 18K two tone fine nib. Krone nibs are known for being smooth writers.
Condition Near mint in box. There is microscratching on the cap and barrel, and light scratching near the blind cap from posting. There are some light polishing marks on the trim. The imprint looks great. No cracks, chips, dents, or dings. As we often see with Krone pens, the box is rather large (about 10" x 8" x 2.5"), and in great shape.
