Product Description
Type Fountain pen
Product Name Lady Sheaffer VI -- part of the Skripsert (clipless) line.
Manufacturer and Year Sheaffer - circa 1959
Length 5-1/2"
Filling System The fountain pen takes standard Sheaffer cartridges. We tested it with all the Sheaffer converters types, including the rare button converters, and none fit. That's the weird thing about these Lady Sheaffers, some accept converters and some simply don't due to a "stop" in the barrel. We will include some ink cartridges.
Color Periwinkle colored enamel over metal, with a gold basketweave that gives a nice texture, making the pen and pencil easy to grip. The pattern was officially called "Paisley" and the color was periwinkle, per Sheaffer's 1959 Lady Sheaffer brochure. There are initials imprinted on the section, "E.R.".
Nib FINE steel Triumph conical style with an upturn.
Condition Superior, near mint condition with no cracks, chips, dents, dings, or scratches. This is a beautifully colored pen with a unique design that is elegant. The pen looks brand new. There are initials subtly imprinted on the section, "E.R.". There are no imprints.
