Filling System Piston filling system. We've tested it and it's working well.
Color Brushed or satin-finished stainless steel, with a shiny steel clip. Note that this version of the 2000 is significantly heavier (~55g) than the black Makrolon version (~25g).
Nib MEDIUM 14k gold which has been plated with platinum. It's very smooth, with excellent tipping. (We had to guess about the nib size, as it is not visible without taking the pen apart.)
Condition Excellent + condition. This solid, simple, but striking pen looks really great. It has been inked, but there are barely any signs of usage. There are a few small scratches on the clip. The section has some small marks from capping. No cracks, chips, dents, or dings. The imprint is clear.
