Manufacturer and Year Levenger, made in Germany -- Not like the newest version of the Tuscany, we know this because the older ones have the swirl/spiral pattern and the new ones have a parallel lines pattern.

Filling System The pen takes standard Parker-compatible ballpoint refills. A working refill is included.
Color 925 Sterling barrel and cap with a spiral or swirl pattern. Chrome trim.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a lovely, nicely weighted, shiny sterling silver pen with an intact swirl pattern. The barrel has light scratching and wear with one scratch below the cap band that is visible with the naked eye. It has a few dots of tarnish, and could look better with additional polishing. The cap has light scratching and patches of tarnish, especially near the top and adjacent to the clip. The chrome trim is excellent. The imprints are clear.
