Filling System Button-filler. Restored with a new sac. Filling system guaranteed for a year from the date of purchase.
Color Gold filled or plated overlay on hard rubber, though there's no hallmark other than "P.O. LAM" (which probably is short for oro laminado, or gold filled) to indicate specific content. The surface has patterns of horizontal rings around the cap and barrel, grouped with some blank areas between. .
Nib MEDIUM-FINE 14k gold nib, stamped with "Warranted 14KT 4". The tipping has a stubby quality and the tines are flexible. See our writing sample.
Condition Excellent condition. The surface of the gold overlay on both cap and barrel has light to moderate scratching and handwear, but no large individual scratches or personalization. The grooves of the engraved pattern show some patina and plating wear. There are some scattered shallow dents as well. The blind cap has brassing and dots of plating wear. The clip has a few scratches. This is a shiny little treasure of a pen!
