Filling System Lever filler. We've restored it with a new sac and it's working well.
Color Black smooth hard rubber with gold plated trim (though the lever is chrome or nickel). There's one band on the barrel, and one at the top of the cap. The very top of the cap is woodgrain hard rubber.
Nib FULLY FLEXIBLE FINE 14k Mabie Todd & Co #2 nib is in nice condition, with good tipping. It's smooth, and we are willing to call it full flex. See writing sample below.
Condition Excellent condition, with some plating wear on the barrel band and clip. The lever may be a replacement, since it is silver colored and not gold. There's hardly any scratching on the pen, just minor handwear. The clip is in great condition. All the imprints are readable, and the pen looks great, with no cracks, chips, or big scratches. Fully restored and working well. The original box and warranty slip are nice.
