Condition Excellent condition, with just some light wear and patina. It looks like it may have originally been a ring top pen, but the metal loop seems to have been pushed down flush with the top of the cap, or perhaps it was removed and the location was patched, leaving only a slight lump in the middle of the cap's top. It's truly a beautiful pen, with no dents or dings, or large scratches. There's a little wear in places the cap rubs when you screw it on or post it, leaving the imprint on the lower barrel a bit hard to make out, but overall the pen is in really beautiful condition. Fully restored and working well.
The barrel is engraved with the initials "G.C.W."
