Filling System Lever filler system with a new sac. Fully restored and working well.
Color Brown cap and body with gold filled trim. The clip has a striped pattern and the cap band has a matching design similar to stacked coins. It has an amber barrel jewel that blends in well with the pen. From some angles the jewel reflects the brown material and essentially disappears. The cap is thin enough to allow light and shadows through it.
Nib Medium semi-hooded nib similar to Waterman's Taperite. We did not pull the nib, but we think it is a gold nib. It looks like it has a cut to it for an italic-esque writing experience. It writes smoothly. There are polishing marks and no imprint on the nib. The feed has a patent label.
Condition Excellent used condition. It has noticeable plating wear and light scratches throughout but no major marks. The imprint is crisp and the barrel jewel has nice clarity. The cap band and clip decorations are intact.
