Product Description
Type Luxury fountain pen
Product Name This is one of the Michel Perchin "Faberge" models.
Manufacturer and Year The Michel Perchin company was named after one of the most notable of the original Faberge craftsman, and produced remarkable high end pens in the 1990s and 2000s. They did their pen production in different European countries, and this pen is marked Germany.
Length 5-3/4"
Filling System Cartridge or converter filled. The pen takes the international standard converters and cartridges.
Color Yellow guilloche enamelwork. Vermeil trim marked 925 (gold plating over sterling silver).
Nib MEDIUM 18k nib. The masking is a little worn on one side of the nib -- see photos below.
Condition Excellent, near mint. The pen has been inked, but had seen very little usage. No dents, dings or chips in the enamel work. Some light microscratching on the trim.
The pen will ship in a Michel Perchin gift box and outer box as seen in the photos. We're not sure if this is the correct box that the pen originally came in, because when we bought the collection the boxes were all mixed up. The box does have a few black stains on the top, as can be seen in the photos.
