Manufacturer and Year The Michel Perchin company was named after one of the most notable of the original Faberge craftsman, and produced remarkable high end pens in the 1990s and 2000s. They did their pen production in different European countries.

Filling System It takes international cartridges, or you can fill it with bottled ink via the included converter.
Color Yellow guilloche enamelwork with a pattern of inlaid sterling silver fleur-de-lis symbols and ornate sterling silver trim.
Nib MEDIUM two-tone nib marked 18k M. It's smooth with lovely tipping material.
Condition Near mint condition (see photos below). There's a small bump on the sterling cap lip, just below the "H" in "Michel" which you can see in the photo below. Otherwise there's only small light scratches on the trim. No cracks, dings, dents, personalization or plating wear. The pen has been cleaned and tested to ensure it is working well. No paperwork, but it will ship in the Perchin box seen in the photos.
