Color Black barrel with gold plated cap. There is an amber tinted viewing window.
Nib EXTRA-FINE 14k nib. It's quite springy and smooth. We wouldn't call it flexible, but it's a soft writer.
Condition Excellent + condition in box. Handwear on the body, as well as capping marks at the end of the barrel; these are shown in the photos below. There is some pitting on the ring at the end of the section, just past the viewing window. The viewing window is clear. Excellent cap, no dents. The box is a bit worn and stained - like the Velveteen Rabbit, it has some of its fuzz loved off.
