Condition Excellent condition. There is a short crack in the piston knob, which does not interfere with the function; you will not want to be rough or crank the knob down forcefully when filling the pen. There is also moderate scratching on the piston knob, as well as on the barrel. The ink window is nicely translucent, though a bit purple as mentioned above. The cap band has some brassing on the lower edge, and also some scratching. The clip looks good, and clip band has some brassing where the clip attaches. The imprints are nice and clear.
