Product Name Montblanc Lead Crystal Inkwell and Base, though only the base is present.
Manufacturer and Year Montblanc, Germany -- 1970s.
Length The base is 4-3/4" by 3-3/16". The space for the inkwell measures a bit over 1-5/8" by 1-5/8".
Color Black with a gold plated area for personalization. Some people think that it is lucite but we don't know what the base is made of.
Condition Excellent condition. There are two chips on the base. We photographed the worse one. The personalization area is clean. The Montblanc emblem on the top is pristine as is the felt on the bottom of the base. It has an original sticker with low wear. There are a few scratches on the sides of the base but not on the surface.
