Product Name Meisterstuck, Model 161. This is the fat version of the Meisterstuck ballpoint.
Manufacturer and Year Montblanc, Germany -- Probably 1990s based off the trim details and Germany imprint.
Length 5-3/4".
Filling System Takes standard Montblanc ballpoint refills. A working refill is included in the pen. You twist the cap clockwise to extend the tip.
Color Black precious resin with gold plated trim. The clip ring has a serial number "MG1188813". There is a white Montblanc emblem on the top of the cap.
Condition Excellent condition for this oversize, classic, handsome and impressive pen. There is light to moderate scratching on the cap and barrel. The cone has some heavy scratching, but we don't see any brassing or plating wear. The center bands and clip have light scratching. The cap emblem looks perfect. There are no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. All imprints are clear.
