Product Name Montblanc Meisterstück Solitaire Hematite & Steel Fountain Pen. This is the smallest model in the hematite series of Meisterstucks, there was a larger one based on the 146.

Filling System Cartridge/converter filler. A working converter is installed.
Color Hematite (grey-ish colored iron ore) cap, stainless steel barrel, platinum plated clip.
Nib MEDIUM Montblanc 18k gold nib marked 4810. It's firm and smooth with nice tipping material.
Condition Excellent condition. No cracks, chips, dings or dents, personalization, or plating wear. There are a few tiny faint marks and micro-scratches on the smooth finish of the barrel, and we tried to photograph them. We also see a bit of wear on the metal collar near the nib, you can see it in the nib photos below.
