Filling System It takes international style cartridges, or you can fill it with bottled ink via the included converter.
Color Brushed stainless steel bands alternating with carbon fiber bands, with knurled silver bands separating the panels. The trim is a matte silver color, as are the section and end finial where the cap posts. The cap stays on magnetically, and is designed to post the same way. There's a Monteverde emblem on the cap.
Nib 1.1MM ITALIC steel nib is smooth with a touch of springiness and nice tip shape.
Condition Excellent + condition. No cracks or chips, dings or dents, personalization, or plating wear. There are some faint marks on the matte trim, and some of the painted imprint on the cap band is worn away. We've cleaned and tested the pen with water and it's working very well.
