Length The ballpoint pen is 4-15/16" long, and the mechanical pencil is 5-5/16".
Filling System Pen takes Parker-style ballpoint refills. A working refill is installed. You access the refill from unthreading the cone and extend and retract the tip by twisting the top of the pen. The pencil takes 0.7mm leads.
Color Gold-plated surface, with a lined (a.k.a. "Godron") pattern. Gold-plated trim. Both pieces have serial numbers on the end finial - the ballpoint has 070496, and the pencil has G714.
Condition Excellent + condition. Both pieces have light scratching and handwear. There are small touches of wear on some of the high spots, but we don't see any plating wear or brassing. No dents or dings. The Cartier imprints and the serial numbers are clear.
