Product Description
Type Modern ballpoint pen.
Product Name Must de Cartier. Identified as part of the Trinity line by the three metal rings at the top of the cap.
Manufacturer and Year Cartier, France -- 1980s-2000, 2000 is the first year the ballpoints were made with platinum and this pen seems like silver.
Length 5-5/16"
Filling System Takes Cartier 902 ballpoint refills. If you bring the pen to a Cartier store, they might sell you a refill but they're getting progressively harder to find. A working black refill is installed. This is the kind of refill that is a slender metal tube with a gentle flare-out at the top.
Color Silver plated pen with the trinity band near the clip. The clip has a burgundy stripe on it.
Condition Excellent + condition. There's some wear on the top of the pen and on the cone. The Must de Cartier imprint is a little bit worn. The burgundy stripe looks great and the finish is very even. There is a little plating wear on the underside of the clip and has a worn "Made" on it that was probably the beginning of the made in France imprint. Ships in Must de Cartier box.
