Nib MEDIUM 18k nib (two-toned). The nib masking was done with a heavy hand, but can be further polished to look mellow-er.
Color This pen has a beautiful 12-faceted black resin body with a vermeil (gold over sterling silver) cap. The cap band and section band have a Greek key pattern.
Condition New old stock condition with a few light tool marks on the cap band. Never inked. No cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a gorgeous and elegant velvety black faceted pen with a brilliant vermillion cap that glints and shines. The barrel has a few light polishing lines on the faceted surfaces. The cap has light microscratching picked up in storage. The clip has some microdot of tarnish near the top and otherwise light polishing marks. There are toolmarks on the part of the cap band below the Greek key patterned area (see photos). The imprints are clear.
