Filling System Japanese-style eyedropper. It has the large capacity of an eyedropper pen (approximately 3.6ml), but the added benefit of a shut-off valve to keep the pen from leaking. To fill it, unscrew the section and drip ink into the barrel with the included glass eyedropper, When you're ready to write, unscrew the blind cap a bit, which releases a rubber stopper inside and allows ink to flow into the feed. You can then close it up and get a couple of pages of writing, or leave it open for longer sessions. When the blind cap is closed, the stopper prevents temperature or pressure changes causing burping or excessive ink flow.
Color Pastel cracked ice, with white, blue, red, yellow, pale green, and pink chips. Eyedropped has a pink bulb
Nib FINE steel nib.
Condition Near mint, in box, with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a large, vase-shaped pen, with beautiful pastel coloring, and in a unique design. Because of the coloring, it is very difficult to see scratches on this pen. The barrel has some light scratching, mainly just under the seam between the cap and barrel and there is a more noticeable scratch toward the end of the barrel. The cap is excellent. The bottom of the box has been torn from the base of the box.
