Filling System Cartridge/converter. A standard piston converter is installed.
Color Brown Stripe, an attractive mix of browns and black shimmery material on the cap and barrel. There are solid black cap and end finials and section. Gold-plated trim, including 3 narrow cap bands.
Nib EXTRA-FINE Bock steel nib, gold-plated.
Condition Near Mint condition in box. The cap and barrel are smooth (no microscratching) with no signs of use. There is a small area on the top cap band, just below the clip, where the plating is a little flaky, but we suspect that this is a manufacturing defect. There's some patina on the cap bands, but the rest of the trim looks fantastic, with no brassing or plating wear. The imprints are clear. Comes in attractive velveteen-lined gift box in outer cardboard sleeve. The sleeve has some storage wear, but no rips or tears.
