Product Description
Type | Fountain pen, new old stock from the 1970s, never used. |
Product Name | Parker 180 |
Manufacturer and Year | Parker, France - they started making the Parker 180 in 1977, but we're not sure when this particular finish was introduced. |
Length | 5-1/4" |
Filling System | Converter included which can be removed in order to use Parker cartridges |
Color | Plated in chrome (we think) in a pattern of fine barleycorn. The metal is not marked, and earlier research indicated some silverplated patterns were made, but this is so shiny and untarnished it seems likely to be chrome or rhodium plated. |
Nib |
Some of the 14k nibs are reversable, and some are single width. If the nib is designated with two letters, when you write with the nib in the normal position and you get one line width, then flip it over and write with the other side and you'll get the other line width. Single letter nibs just have the one width. |
Condition | Perfect new old stock, never used or dipped or inked. |
