Manufacturer and Year Parker, USA -- 1960s-70s, it has the clip tassie from the 1970s and the black end piece from the 1960s. It could be transitional.
Length The pen is 5-3/8"
Filling System Fountain pen takes Parker cartridges, or you can fill it with bottled ink via the included squeeze converter.
Color It has a gray section and black end piece with brushed steel cap and barrel and smooth gold plated trim. It has a dimpled tassie. Dimpled tassies were not formally paired with black end pieces and the flighters always had black sections. (This is a replacement section.)
Nib FINE ARCHITECT 14k nib. The section is labeled F and matches the original nib size. The nib was ground in house and is now an architect nib.
Condition Excellent condition. There are some marks on the black end piece and a few spots of finish thinning on the barrel. The clip has pitting. The tassie is very clean. The cap requires extra force to be completely secured against the barrel. The barrel is a little uneven right beneath the gold plated clutch band. The clutch band is in perfect condition. No cracks.
