Manufacturer and Year Parker, UK -- 1994 (The date code is a clear I. They made these pens from about 1960 until 2007, however they changed the clip and clip screw style in 2001. This is the pre-2001 version so we know it's 1994 and not 2004 which used the same date code).

Filling System Fountain pen takes Parker cartridges, or you can fill it with bottled ink via the included slide converter.
Color Black body with flighter (brushed steel) cap, gold plated trim, an arrow clip, and a concave cap tassie.
Nib FINE 14k nib is made in Argentina with a date code of 1989. It's labeled 583, but still is considered a 14k nib. It is smooth and firm with nice tipping material.
Condition Mint condition. This is new old stock that hasn't been inked or dipped before. It does not show wear from storage.
