Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in USA -- They made these pens from about 1960 until 2007, however they changed the clip and clip screw style in 2001. This is the pre-2001 version.

Filling System Fountain pen takes Parker cartridges, or you can fill it with bottled ink via the included squeeze converter.
Color Dark blue body with flighter (brushed steel) cap, gold plated trim, an arrow clip, and a concave cap tassie.
Nib EXTRA FINE 14k nib is smooth and firm with nice tipping material. Marked "X" on the pen section.
Condition Excellent condition, no personalization, or plating wear. There are some nicks at the top of the barrel just beneath pen section and a light scratch beneath the ring tassie. On the edge of the ring tassie there is a tiny dent. It's working well with a good converter.
