Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in USA -- 1951 (the date code is a 51 with no dots). The filling system says "Special," but otherwise this pen has all the characteristics of a regular Parker 51 with a gold nib and pearlescent cap jewel.

Color Teal blue with a stainless steel "Lustraloy" cap and an arrow clip. Pearlescent cap jewel.
Nib Fine gold nib is in excellent condition with good tipping.
