Product Name Parker 51, made in Argentina.
Manufacturer and Year Parker, Argentina -- production of the Parker 51 in Argentina began in the late 1950s and continued into the 1980s after the USA stopped making them. The barrel has a "Made in England" imprint with a date code of 4 with two dots.
Length 5-7/16 inches
Filling System Aerometric squeeze filler. It's been cleaned and tested and is working well. The instructions on the filling system are in Spanish.
Color Black barrel and section with shiny lustraloy cap and chrome arrow clip. Pearlescent jewel on top of the cap.
Nib FINE gold nib. Excellent tipping.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a velvety black, shiny pen with a silky smooth and shiny cap. The barrel and section have very light scratching. The cap has mainly light scratching with a few little dot marks to the right of the upper part of the clip and to the right of the very top of the clip. The clip ring has some dots of pitting. The clip has microscratching. The top pearlescent jewel is beautiful. The imprint, "Industria Argentina" on the cap, is clear. The barrel imprint is readable but not as clear.
