Condition Excellent + condition, in box, with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a shiny, shimmery gold set that is elegant and sophisticated in appearance. The fountain pen has light signs of usage. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip. The pearlized jewel has some mottling along the edge. The mechanical pencil has mainly light wear with a few small clusters of tiny scratches here and there. The pearlized jewel has a tad of mottling on one corner. The clips on both pens have small scratches but they look good with no brassing. Both barrels are personalized with initials "GSS" running down the lengths of the barrels. The hard leather covered box is in good condition although the top has some gunky stuff on it and it has a couple of broad scratches. All imprints on both pieces are clear.
