Product Name Parker 51 Fantasy Aerometric
Manufacturer and Year Parker and Ariel Kullock - the pen was assembled using a combination of Parker parts and re-manufactured parts made by Argentina's Ariel Kullock. We're guessing the cap, inner cap clutch, nib and filling system are genuine Parker, with the barrel and section made by Kullock. Original Parker clip. The filling system has the Argentinian imprint.

Filling System Aerometric squeeze filling system. We have tested it and it's working well.
Color Shiny, velvety black "bell bottom" barrel and section, with a gold plated (or possibly brass) disk on the bulbous end. Lustraloy (brushed metal) cap, chrome clip, steel or aluminum jewel.
Nib MEDIUM-FINE gold nib, smooth with good tipping material.
Condition Excellent + condition with no cracks, dents, chips, or dings. This is a velvety black, shiny, uniquely styled pen. The section and barrel have just a few light scratches here and there. The disk on the end of the barrel has light microscratching. The lustraloy cap has a few shiny marks and light scratches. The clip and clip band have some rough surface marks. The aluminum jewel looks excellent. There are no imprints.
