Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, dents, or dings. This is a uniquely designed pen that has shiny steel bubbles alternating with braided rope areas that taper down to an all steel bubble barrel end. The section is shiny black; it has a tad of chipping around the feed and a scratch at the peak that fronts the nib. The steel barrel sections all have light scratching and those bubbles that abut the roped sections have some pitting along the edges. The braided bubbles look great and have a nice textured feel. The clip has scratching and rough surface along the edges and there is some pitting in between the feathers (it looks like it was re-plated). The top pearlized jewel looks excellent. There are no imprints.
