Manufacturer and Year Parker and Ariel Kullock - the pen was assembled using a combination of Parker parts and re-manufactured parts. The nib, filling system and clip are from a Parker 51.

Filling System Aerometric squeeze filling system, tested and working well. The instructions are in English.
Color Deep aqua with some luminescence with rings that have indents between them, like bamboo. Gold arrow clip. It has a matching aqua cap jewel.
Nib Fine gold hooded nib.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, dents, or dings. This is a uniquely designed, shiny, luminescent pen in a gorgeous deep aqua color. The cap and barrel are lovely with just some light microscratching. The clip has a bit of a bend in the middle. It has some plating wear along the lower edges but otherwise looks excellent. The clip ring has some plating wear along the edges and some tiny pits and tool marks. The aqua jewel has a small chip on one side. There are no imprints.
