Manufacturer and Year Parker and Ariel Kullock - the pen was assembled using a combination of Parker parts and re-manufactured parts. The nib, filling system and clip are from a Parker 51.

Filling System Aerometric squeeze filling system, tested and working well. The instructions are in English.
Color Dark blue (navy) with rings that have indents between them, like bamboo. Gold arrow clip. It has a matching dark blue cap jewel.
Nib Fine gold hooded nib.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, dents, or dings. This is a uniquely designed, shiny pen in a great dark navy blue color. The section has chipping around the feed along with some scratches in that same area. The barrel mostly looks excellent though the end has some tooling marks. The clip seems to have been replated, which gives it a blurry look, and it has brassing toward the tip. The clip ring has two deep scratches. The imprints are clear.
