Manufacturer and Year Parker and Ariel Kullock - the pen was assembled using a combination of Parker parts and re-manufactured parts made by Argentina's Ariel Kullock. The clip and nib and filling system are original Parker parts. The instructions on the filling system are in English.

Filling System Aerometric squeeze filling system. We have tested it and it's working well.
Color Two colors of acrylic, navy blue and pearlized yellow, with a pattern of segmented horizontal rings carved into the surface. The top of the cap (about 1"), and end of the barrel (about 1.5") are the solid navy blue, and the bottom half of the cap, section, and the rest of the barrel are made in a translucent pearly yellow. The cap has the Parker inner clutch mechanism and a gold-filled arrow clip with a blue diamond. Navy blue cap jewel.
Nib FINE steel nib.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, dents, or dings. This is a brightly colored, whimsically designed pen that is shiny and fun. The section has capping marks. There is some ink staining around the hooded nib opening. The clutch ring is a bit rough, but it's holding the cap on very well. The end finial has what appear to be machining marks in the surface, as well as some rings from posting the cap. The yellow portion of the barrel has light scratching. The clip has a bit of plating wear along the edges and around the arrow end. The blue diamond is missing some paint. The clip ring has brassing and some dots of pitting. The blue top jewel is looks good. There are no imprints.
