Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in USA -- no date code, so we believe it's from after 1950 due to "short arrow" clip.

Filling System Takes 0.9mm (or "thin") leads, which it extends by twisting the cap. The mechanism is working very well. We'll include a small packet of leads.
Color Black with a Lustraloy steel cap, the arrow clip and a pearlescent cap jewel.
Condition Superior condition, only some very light handwear on the barrel. It actually looks almost new, near perfect with no cracks, chips, dings, dents, or personalition. It's working very well.
