Manufacturer and Year Parker, Made in USA - circa earlier 1940s (there is no date code but this split arrow non-blue-diamond clip is usually found on early 51s).

Filling System It takes 0.9mm (or "thin") leads, which it extends via the traditional twist mechanism. We'll include a small pack of leads with the pencil.
Color Black barrel with a 1/7.5 12k gold filled cap with a pattern of 4 parallel lines. Split arrow clip with no blue diamond and pearlescent cap jewel.
Condition Excellent condition. There's some scratching and wear on the barrel including a few tiny indents, but no cracks or chips. There are small scratches in the cap and light marks of handwear, but no brassing or real plating wear and no dents or dings. The clip shows just a little plating wear with the silver metal underneath visible on its sides, and there is a tiny bit of wear on the cone as well as a couple of small scratches. The cap jewel has some scratches on it. Working very well.
The barrel is engraved "Lucy V. Morrow" (see photos).
