Product Name Parker 51 Liquid Lead Pencil.
Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in USA -- circa later 1950s (they started producing these liquid lead pencils to match their pen models in 1955). The black cap jewel suggests it was matched to a Parker 51 Special pen.
Length Standard size, 5 inches (not counting the liquid lead cartridge protruding from the barrel which adds close to 1/4 inch).
Filling System Takes Parker Liquid Lead cartridges. These are no longer made. One is included, but it is used up or dried up.
Color Black with a Lustraloy cap, chrome plated trim, and black cap jewel.
Condition Excellent condition. No cracks or chips, dings or dents, personalization, or plating wear. There's some lesser microscratching on the cap and barrel, and a few tiny marks.
