Filling System Cartridge or converter. It comes fitted with a piston converter, and under the paperwork in the box you'll find a packet of Parker cartridges. The cartridges are starting to dry out.
Color Black barrel, vermeil cap etched with a design reflecting the shape of the Empire State Building. Also known as the Icicle design. It has pearlescent cap and barrel jewels and 23K trim including the classic blue diamond parker clip.
Nib 18K Broad Nib is smooth and has lots of tipping material.
Condition Near mint condition. No real dents or dings on the caps and only light handwear on the barrel. The gold and silver look brand new. The dark marks in the silver in the photo polished out. There is one tiny needlepoint like impression on the cap just above one of the building/icicle peaks. The imprint is clear and legible. Ships with the original box, case, polishing cloth, cartridges, and paperwork, including a certificate of authenticity.
These are almost impossible to find without cracks in the barrel. We inspected it thoroughly and found no cracks. We're betting that half of these listed on eBay right now have cracks that have been overlooked by the seller.
