Manufacturer and Year Parker, USA -- The pen has no date code, meaning it was made post 1952, but the pencil is from 1950 (the date code is a clear 50 with one dot)

Filling System Aerometric squeeze filling system. The pencil takes .9mm leads. It uses the twist mechanism and is working well.
Color Black bodies with matte steel caps. It's not the same finish as lustraloy. They have the Parker 51 Special black cap jewels.
Nib Medium octanium nib. It has smooth tipping material.
Condition This fountain pen set is in excellent + condition. The caps and cap jewels look perfect. There is absolutely no ink residue in the fountain pen, we doubt if it has ever been filled. The pen has a few marks and some light scratches made by the edge of the cap. All imprints are clear and sharp. The pencil imprints are particularly crisp. Ships with paperwork and Parker 51 box.
