Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in USA - 1944 (the imprint and date code are very clear).

Filling System Piston/plunger (Vacumatic) system. We've restored it and it's working very well. We will include instructions on how to fill it.
Color Black body with a brushed steel (Lustraloy) cap, and blue diamond gold filled clip, and a pearlescent cap jewel.
Nib FINE 14k gold nib.
Condition Excellent condition with no cracks, chips, dents, or dings. This is a stately pen, in a velvety, shiny black, and with classic styling. The barrel has marks caused by the cap lip as well as moderate wear, mainly long, thin scratches toward the end caused by posting the cap. The cap has moderate wear all over, with a few tiny pits toward the top, but no dents or dings. The clip has plating wear along the edges. The blue diamond has a paint chip dead center. The clip band looks good. The imprints are clear.
