Length The fountain pen is 5-3/8" long, and the pencil is 5-1/8"
Filling System Vacumatic piston/plunger (restored with a new sac). The pencil takes .9mm leads.
Color Black bodies, with 14k gold caps in yellow and rose gold. Both caps, the pencil's nose cone, the clip rings, and the barrel end tassie are ALL stamped as 14k gold, and not rolled or plated gold. Blue Diamond clip. Pearlescent cap jewels.
Nib Fine gold nib. Very smooth. This will be a finer nib than a modern fine.
Condition Excellent + condition. The fountain pen looks really good. The section has moderate scratching. The barrel has light scratching with some small tooth marks. No cracks, chips, or serious scratches. We have restored it with a new diaphragm and it is ready for years of usage. The cap has some very light dents on the right side, very easy to miss unless you hold the pen at just the right angle. There are some tiny pin-size dents on the cap lip. There is some light scratching near the top, and some light marks near the top. The clip has light scratching. The imprint is strong and clear. The pencil has light to moderate scratching on the barrel. There is light scratching and tiny marks near the top of the cap. The clip has light scratching, and there are some tiny dents on the clip ring. The nose cone has light scratching, but no dents or dings. The twist mechanism to extend and retract the lead is working great, and is very smooth. Minimal scratches on the body, and a good strong imprint. The jewels on both pieces have shallow surface marks, but look great. In Parker 51 box, which is in good shape except for some rust stains, with a corduroy-type fabric covering
