Filling System Piston/plunger (Vacumatic system). We have fully restored it and it's working well.
Color Cedar blue body, 1/8 14k gold filled cap with parallel lines, blue diamond gold filled clip (blue paint is great). Pearlescent cap jewel.
Nib Medium 14k nib. There's a sticker on the barrel indicating the nib size and a price of $15.00 which was quite a bit of money back in 1946. It also says "1500" on the sticker which might have been a model number.
Condition Superior condition. Like new except for a few light marks on the cap band and nicks on the edge. No dents or plating wear on the cap. No scratches on the body of the pen. When we restored we did find that it had been inked, but the nib shows no wear.
