Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in USA - The date stamp shows "8" plus three dots, which means production was in the first quarter of 1948.
Length Full size, 5-1/2" from tip to tip capped.
Filling System Piston/plunger (vacumatic) system. We have fully restored it and it's working well.
Color Cedar blue body with a 1/10 16k gold-filled cap in a pattern of four parallel lines up and down it. Blue diamond gold-filled clip with enamel intact. Amber-pearlescent cap jewel.
Nib FINE gold nib is in nice condition, firm and smooth.
Condition Excellent+ condition. No dents, dings or scratches in the pristine gold cap. Very slight brassing on the long edges of the clip, but otherwise beautiful. The barrel has only a few small scuffs, no cracks, chips or scratches, but there are some light scratches on the nib hood. No personalizations. The overall impression is exceptionally good. The pen is fully restored and working well.
