Color Black body, gold-filled cap with a pattern of fine parallel lines. Pearlescent cap jewels.
Nib Fountain pen has a medium gold nib, verging on the broad. Pencil takes .9mm leads, which extend and retract by twisting the top half of the pencil.
Condition Excellent + condition, in box with detailed informational booklet. Fountain pen: Light handwear on the barrel. The cap is really sharp though it has microscratching, and there are two spots of plating wear, which we've detailed in the pictures. The clip has plating wear on the edges. The blue diamond is fully intact. The cap band has small touches of wear, but otherwise looks good. The pearlescent jewel has some surface scratches. Cap imprint looks good. Pencil: Light handwear, similar to the pen. The ridges in the grip area are in great shape - no serious scratches or distortions in the pattern. The "cap" portion looks really nice, no large scratches, or plating wear. The clip does have some brassing and plating wear along the sides, though it's less than what's on the pen. Jewel looks great, and the imprint is clear.
The box looks really good! The outer surface material is nice, not flaking or ripped. Inside, the fabric linings look fantastic, no tears or significant stains. The metal piece on the lip has some wear, but all of the lettering is bright and clear. The booklet is in excellent shape, with just light wear on the edges.
