Product Description
Type fountain pen with matching ballpoint
Product Name Parker 61, Mark II
Manufacturer and Year Parker, Argentina -- 1959-62
Length 5-5/16" (FP), 5-1/8" (BP)
Filling System The fountain pen has a fixed aerometric (squeeze) filing system. The ballpoint takes Parker refills.
Color Brushed stainless steel cap and barrel. The section is grey. Double black jewels on either end of the fountain pen, pearlescent jewel on the ballpoint.
Nib The steel nib is not marked but it looks and writes like a fine. The nib is in great shape and not worn at all, lots of tipping material.
Condition Excellent condition, both cosmetically and functionally. No scratches or dings or dents, really just about perfect. We do notice some wear on the clip of the ballpoint, and on the barrel where the cap presses down during actuation, but the fountain pen is close to perfect.
We cleaned and tested the filling system, and got good ink flow.
The box's left corner is a little bent, so the left side top and bottom do not meet perfectly.
