Product Name Parker 61.
Manufacturer and Year Parker, USA -- 1959-62, the design was introduced in 1958 and the model was changed in 1962.
Length Just barely over 5 inches.
Filling System It takes 0.9mm (or "thin") leads, which it extends via the traditional twist mechanism.
Color "Insignia" cap and barrel, a 1/10 12k gold filled cap with a parallel lines pattern. It was later on renamed to Signet and was sometimes called "Jet Flighter." Pearlescent cap jewel.
Condition Very nice condition. The pearlescent cap jewel looks great. There are a few shallow dents. The imprint is easily read. Polishing marks and a few spots of plating wear. The eraser beneath the cap is broken and crumbling, but it can be removed (with a pin or straightened paperclip) to access the lead reservoir.
