Filling System Takes Parker-style ballpoint refills. A working blue Parker refill is installed. The pen is cap actuated: the entire cap acts as a button to extend and retract the refill tip.
Color Sterling silver with gold plate over it. It is the cisele, or grid pattern with 22k electroplated trim.
Condition Very nice condition. The gold plated trim is brassed and worn. The dish tassie has an edge with some nicks.. No dents.
