Manufacturer and Year Parker, made in USA -- Late 1960s or early 1970s, it has the later dish tassies.

Filling System Fountain pen takes Parker cartridges or a converter. A working Parker squeeze converter is included.
Color Sterling silver cross hatch pattern (Cisele) with gold plated trim and dish tassies.
Nib FINE 14k nib is smooth with nice tipping material and just the slightest amount of give to it. The feed is marked F.
Condition Excellent + condition. The plating is a little worn on the cap and clip. The imprints and patterning are clear. The only scratches are those on the nib.
